Two old Latinas and four white/Asian couples in their thirties. Every brownstone and apartment building in this area has the Brooklyn owners/long-term residents on the ground floors and the newly-arrived homesteading yuppies upstairs. This is a crankier building than I'm used to, but then again, I used to be able to afford better floorboards. It’s a pretty typical South Brooklyn small building.
