While I was home last year for Thanksgiving, I heard Bill Strickland speaking at something being broadcast by the local NPR news station, and he was absolutely mesmerising. At first all my BS alarms were going off, but as he talked I came to feel like it was just that he has immense, unquestioning faith in what he does, and he really won me over.</description>
